HELD: a. The protection of service connection under 38 U.S.C. § 1159 is not applicable to disabilities compensated under 38 U.S.C. § 1151. b. Termination of entitlement to benefits under 38 U.S.C. § 1151 is not subject to the requirements of 38 C.F.R. § 3.105(d), regarding severance of service connection, but is subject to similar requirements under 38 C.F.R. §§ 3.103 and 3.105(a). |
