Stressing Over Claim Issues

I'm in a VBA sucks kind of mood for now.
Yes, I'm already SC'd at 60 % and the money consistently hits the bank when it's supposed to and that does make my life a little bit easier.
My mood now is in regards to VBA's lack of time frames as we are all concerned
with this.
Supposedly, a couple of my issues that BVA granted have been at the Authorization
and Notification stage since Nov 16, 2009 which is almost 2 months.
I do realize that in VBA time this is nothing, but just like many other VBA claimants these issues go back over a decade.
I'm like most everyone else, just having my desires and anxiety for the resolve of
at least these issues for now and going thru the check the bank account and mailbox each day.
