This is some interesting functionality that Tbird has added to the site. There are certainly some things that I would love to say about the claims process... from tips on how best to file your claim, to gripes about certain types of cases I get. None of those would be appropriate for the main forums. But I could turn those into blog entries here. Hrm....

Yes - I have read it, and will be looking for more. I think having the opportunity to learn more about the claims process would be great. Thanks for your service!

James,
I am completely open to reading any tips and gripes from your perspective.
I feel this could be beneficial for all of us.

I feel you more likely than not, put in a hard days work and do try to help get
the bugs worked out in favor of the claimants as often as possible, per the evidence
of record.
