Mystery Claim Shows Up After All Other Claims Were Complete

It's 4 in the A.M. and I can't sleep. It's been 3 months since a claim with no contentions showed up on eBenefits. I still can't get anyone to tell me what it's for. I haven't claimed anything and thought my appeals might be reviewed once the last claim was complete, but now they have thrown a wrench in things. I thought all of this would be over by now, as did most of those out there with existing claims. I really don't know how much longer I can keep doing this.
