Can I get 100% after my surgery and for how long.The doctor already has said that the surgery is because of my claimed condition and has put that in writing.Do I wait until after the surgery to claim 100%

If you have a VSO contact them and they will advise you. Otherwise you will have to file with the VARO yourself.
