musculoskeletal conditions. I am also being reevaluated for the pysch. conditions in four months - is going back to work and interacting with people and doing physically demanding work going to count against me when they interview me at the reevaluation?

I would like to try and go back to work (at least part-time) while I am being compensated for both psych. and
musculoskeletal conditions. I am also being reevaluated for the pysch. conditions in four months - is going back to work and interacting with people and doing physically demanding work going to count against me when they interview me at the reevaluation?
If you are NOT rated 100% due to individual unemployability (TDIU), then you can work. Whether it wil count against you in your re-evaluation, I have no way of knowing. I'd have to see your original disability picture, your award, your c-file, and the reason for your re-evaluation........before being able to weigh-in on that question.
Apparently YOU must think that it could have a bearing on your re-evaluation, and, most of the time, initial instincts are correct (some of MY "iinitial instincts" have kept me ALIVE, literally, so I don't second-quess such feelings). But, hey, you a big boy, do what you THINK is correct for you.

GOV,
Being compensated for musculoskeletal and physically demanding work don't go together,
at least it doesn't work that way for me.
