Please help, husband is Vietnam Vet with Parkinson, C&P exam Oct 2012, his claim went from Preparing to notify back to Gathering of evidence. We need help he's 70 percent PTSD, and he legally blind(not service related,Glacoma), but is aid and dependent. We need help. Living on credit cards, pretty soon can't pay minimum.

Is he diabetic? I would submit a VA FM 21-8940. This is for TDIU.
