Hello everyone,
I have been a member for a while and visit the site often, but this is my first post and all advice and recommendations are welcome and appreciated. I received a Denied TDIU rating decision from the DVA last week using what the letter described as a Single Streamline Notice which took 23 months to decide. After reviewing the evidence in the letter that DVA said it used to make their decision I noticed only one (Hearing Exam) of four C&P Exams I took is mentioned as evidence. The other three for Prostate Gland, Degenerative Disc Disease Lumber Spine, and Upper GI are not referenced in the evidence section. Can I use this as a reason the appeal their decision?

Thanks

ABN
