My claim went from review of evidence back to prep for decision for like the second time I hope it dosent get kicked back again. My claim is with atlanta RO and is 18 months old. I am happy it moved but I am really ready for this to be over. I hopw its not much longer now. Being that my claim is so old and the is my second time being kicked back will they look at it soon or will it just sit aroung for months the last time I was in the phase it took like 4 months before someone looked at it and sent it back to review of evidence.

I hope so too I am sooooooo tired of dealing with all this I did this with the army for about two years and now with the va for 18 months I am wore out.

Hey, don't get yourself down! Movement at least means someone is working the claim. That's a good thing in my book.

Oh I know I am happy that it moved because any movement means someone looked at it I was so happy that it moved I am just tired of all this medical stuff I am ready to move on the only bad thing is once I get my claim I am gonna have to either ask for an increase or appeal it because I am in the process of getting a spineal cord stimulator put in. I just hope it dont take long now.
