I was told told that there is a case before congress because the Va is taking the benifit money from vets who got out early and recieved compensation. Can some one tell me how I can keep informed on this. I was also told that Hadit.com has lawyers that can file a case for me pro-bono. Any help on this?

http://www.law.udmercy.edu/academics/vetclinic/nat_tour.phpThis is Project Salute web site for low income veterans-
it is a mobile Pro Bono VA claims law clinic.
In the Claims Research forum at top of this page is where we can help with VA claims.
You might mean the VSC lawsuit against the VA?
Congress doesnt handle cases from veterans.

nelly,
Welcome.

Welcome to Hadit. Although there are no Lawyers who work pro bono there is information and support on how to win your claim. Members often tell of lawyers and doctors who have helped.
What I think is the strength of Hadit is you can chat with other people who are on your side about how your claim is proceeding.
TBird the owner and founder of Hadit has worked for a long time making it the best resource on the net. Explore the home page and you will see.
Good Luck on your claim.
