Quiestion1: My Exam was canceled by the VA and they transferred my folder to NY from NJ without my consent what can i do to continue to expidite my process

Quiestion2: I put in for my claim for depression secondary to tinnitus and Sexual disfunction secondary to depression in August 2008.

My CNP exam was scheduled in November.


They seemed to have moved quickly on my claim is this usually a good sign in my favor as I have submitted all my information.

Which state do you live in...NY or NJ? Maybe they are transferring claim folders due to workload??? Just a guess.

Have you re-scheduled your C&P exam? Did the VA give you a reason for the cancellation? I would keep on top of that ASAP!! Make sure they don't show you as a "no-show" in their system.
