Sounds like you have been getting VCAA notices that are flagged and sent out to you as your file waits for adjudication. Legally the VBA must to this, regardless of whether they read them or not (most often not).

danang, what can u do? It is pure comedy isn't it? The RO ask repeatedly for info they have on file and at other times routinely fail to read the words "Notice of disagreement". It certainly does cause stress and heart ache. Add some real comedy and claim for depression & anxiety secondary to the VBA claims process. Just joking..........

I would go one step further an print out and copy the iris response- thus turning them into the R/O myself as evidence. Do you really trust the VA with evidence anyway, especially when they claim they are interring it into your c-file themselves?
