Lets see:( expeditiously )in Websters means /acting or carried out with speed and efficiency.

So I am guessing when the BVA remands an appeal- and it must be affored "expeditious treatment-"
that is just an BIG WORD ;that through the claims process , we have never seen in our (letters from them) to make us all think we are getting special treatment for SPEED AND EFFICIENCY !!

I believe we all are on a

ex`pe`di`tion - n. [ME. expedicioun, military campaign< 1. a A journey undertaken for a definite purpose. b. the group undertaking such a journey 2. Speed in performance: promptness

So to rewrite if I may

this matter must be afforded expeditious treatment -while you are on an expedition for us to resolve this matter expeditiously/ your expedition requires speed and performance in promptness and we however do not.

Ha -that is almost as bad as when they tout their "duty to assist",which really means

diddly squat

or words to that affect. which I cannot print here.

Actually Mrs vet I think it is a good idea to give them definitions of words sometimes-

like preponderance and probative-

Also a vet I helped won his claim by getting his son's English Professor to prepare a definition of off shore waters and some other stuff for his Brown Water Navy AO claim.

The VA had threatened the AO comp he won years ago-I didnt help with that at all- but he defeated a proposed reduction from 100 to Zero- and I helped him with that.

I think they all need to retake English 101 as well as VA 101.

I got super expeditious treatment at the AMC -
because they didnt read the evidence.

When, and after carefull consideration of all procurable and assembled data, a reasonable doubt arises regarding service orgin, the degree of disability, or any other point, such doubt will be resolved in favor of he claimant. 3.102

If this is so, why does the C & P exam outweigh IMO, privite doctors and statement from VA doctors (in favor of the veteran).

Six on one hand and half a dozen on the other. The tie goes to the veteran!

Or how about' "we are still processing your application for compensation" "we apologize for the delay" ours 11 years!
UNASSAILABLE adj. not capable of being disputed or disproven:undeniable

is I believe a good word for many of us with lengthy accurate claims on our expedition........................
