So getting back to expeditiously - IT TOOK 2 MONTHS AND A WEEK FOR THE C FILE THAT WAS IN LIMBO TO GET TO WHERE IT WAS GOING---WHAT DO THEY DO WITH THEM FOR ALL THAT TIME?
I WOULD GLADLY HAVE PAID FOR OVERNITE EXPRESS MAIL- INSTEAD OF THE PONY EXPRESS----
SO NOW IT IS WHERE IT SHOULD BE BECAUSE /THE BVA GRANTED THE PTSD APPEAL "TO THIS EXTENT" AS THOSE OF YOU FAMILIAR WITH IT HAVE READ MY SEVERAL POSTINGS- NOW WE NEED TO SEE HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE THEM TO SET UP ANOTHER CP PTSD EXAM- I SAY 4 MONTHS AT LEAST-ANYBODY ELSE AT THIS STAGE HAVE A CLUE--???
HAS ANYBODY BEEN "AFFORDED EXPEDITIOUS TREATMENT" FOR ANOTHER CP EXAM AFTER THE AMC AND THE BVA???????????????????

VA has a strange way of defining "fast/expeditiously. The scheduling of the C&P exam should not take any longer than 30-45 days (should be quicker but like I said they have a hard time with definitions).

Usually the problem is somewhere in a place called the mail room.

How about 6 requests over 3 years and setting up an appointment 3 weeks in advance with the VARO to get to view/receive a complete copy as only received some papers and alot of blank sheets with all the previous requests...then drive 157 miles one way and they say sorry our copy machine is broken!! Are you kidding me!! Ok let me look and read it and mark all pages I never say...well you grt to see it with one of our staff(flunkies) watching you oh by the way not 1 hour as too much time, you have to leave now, bye bye NO I WANT MY COMPLETE FILE, ok we will send it to you, yeah right like the last 6 copies all these years, bye bye we close in 1 1/2
hrs!! I hate those dumb fuc*ers!!
