Currently 70% with TDIU for severe panic anxiety with agoraphobia. The wife has had to quit her job because being alone brings about severe panic. Problem is, this places one in a financial burden. Are there any special compensation schedules or any way to get caregiver assistance so that she can go back to work?

SMC pays for seroius medical conditions such as loss of use of a creative organ. Loss of the ability to speak, Blindness, Loss of limbs or use of limbs. Another SMC is to have a single 100 percent disability and then have another one or combined at 60 percent, This is called the 100 plus 60.

Your condition may entitle you to file for housebound as your condition is a fear of going outside. You would have to get your doc to write a supporting nexus. I believe it pays the same as SMC S.

Its not easy to get it but I get S award for agoraphobia with 100% Panic Disorder P&T
