Can someone tell me what IRIS is, I here people saying they uses iris but I don't know what it is?

Inquiry Routing & Information System (IRIS)
It provides a veteran with a way to query the system reference claims questions. It is kinda like using email.
Go to the VA website and under the link of "contact VA" you will able to submit an iris inquiry.
