I spoke with a hypertension and renal specialist physician who told me a TBI can be the source of high blood pressure. Anyone file a claim on that basis? What was the outcome?

If the Doc says so than you need them to put it on paper and yes you would have a claim in my opinion

Pete is exactly right. I may add that this Specialist needs to write it out and nexus it for you. It is a letter that states the reasons and connections for the 2 issues. If you dont have that the VARO will most likely not give it any weight or even pay attention to it.

How able hypertension and CVA (TBI)? I have had a CVA and now have Aphasia hearing, speaking,reading,writing. Had SC hypertension 10%. Sorry able spelling.
