I received a letter from social security last week that my case was sent from ODAR back to DDS for a pre-hearing case review. Does that mean that my case will be approved? I do have a lawyer but he did not initiate the pre-hearing case review it was initiated by the ODAR (Office of Disability and Adjudication Review).

I've sent a copy of my TDIU determination by VA to SSA will that help?
