Question,

1. How long approx. does it take to get a dro interview, once you have submitted your nod?
2. Is severe chronic ptsd, and severe recurrent mdd disorders qualify for tdui?
3. Being unemployed, with applications in for ssdi enough to qualify for tdui?
4. What is P&T, and with ptsd, mdd, gad, and a gaf of 40, sufficient enough to raise eyebrows?

Please advise as vso, says wait until review board is finished and am rated for the above mentioned disorders, so far it has been 18 months since submission of the nod.

No one can tell you how long but the disprders you mention can make you eligible for TDIU.

I would talk to VSO about speeding them up as that is a long time for a review

pete you are absolutely right, it is along time and yet the vso states; to wait until september and they will address it with a writ? Will that not slow the whole process? Having been diagnosed and on meds also in individual therapy for two years now seems increditable that a C&P has not been accomplished yet, sounds lilke a set up for a lengthy remand.
Sometimes I wonder if the va claim process has any merit to it at all, mark

Question,

I would speculate to say about 12-24 months of waiting to get a DRO DeNovo Review
and 12-36 months of waiting to get a DRO Hearing. There aren't many RO's
that come to mind that would be much quicker. Please remember though this is only my opinion,

2. Is severe chronic ptsd, and severe recurrent mdd disorders qualify for tdui?

That will depend on what your doc's state in writing and how the decision maker
decides to weigh the evidence.

3. Being unemployed, with applications in for ssdi enough to qualify for tdui?

Not necessarily.

4. What is P&T, and with ptsd, mdd, gad, and a gaf of 40, sufficient enough to raise eyebrows?

P&T = Permanent and Total.

No it won't raise any eyebrows but it might get some SC'd compensation.

jmho,
carlie
