Was 30% PTSD since 2005 and filed IU April 2009. Had a C&P May 2009 and then again Sept 14th (for review).
Have not worked since 2005.

C&P Examiner states 51% GAf, chronic PTSD and his opinion per board request " vet is unable to return to workplace even with minimal public contact and loose supervision because of poor attention concentration and short term re-call."

Va was given from last job a , form whatever, separation notice due to " was not able to retain information".

File went to review board atwo weeks ago but now thet have me scheduled for and auditory exam before adecision I guess for "tinnitus'. They had initially had scheduled this months ago but it was scheduled for the wrong clinic.

Medical Physc's gave me a 50 & 50 Gaf.

Any thoughts please as I am new to all this??

Thanks

If your C&P examiner stated that you was unable to to be gainful employed. it is possible for you to get a rating of 100% and Unemployability become a moot point.

Could you explain the two gaf's of 50

It sounds like a good IU claim to me.

Usually severe memory (cognitive) problems are more associated with TBI. Has your examiner or psychiatrist opined that your memory problems are associated with you PTSD?
