@  Asiadaug : (16 November 2014 - 02:07 AM) Thanks. I Have Seen The Fast Ltr 10-35 And Have Seen Cases Where The Va Has Apparently Agreed That Tinnitus Can Have Delayed Onset. I Did Not In Looking Over The Fast Ltr See Where They Had Ruled 10-028 Into That. And, I Am Not Sure In The Vas Issuance Of ‘policy’ Type Letters How They Might Roll In Previous Instructions Into Newer Ones. Maybe There Is Some Intranet Traceability Capability? I Was Just Curious As There ‘appeared’ To Be Conspicuous Absence Of That 10-028. I Am Assuming 10-028 Was Written In 2010. But It May Be I Should Not Assume Anything.

I know this is old, but...

The closest place that does ID Cards is a USCG place 40 miles away. My ID is okay but my Wife's isn't. Does what branch of service I was in matter or can anyone originally from any service update an ID Card there? For instance, I'm Navy. Can my wife get her 'spouse' card there anyway or would we have to find a nearby Naval installation?

She can get it there. Is hers expired. She may need marriage license but if she is enrolled in Deers then she should be ok. It doesnt matter wich branch you served.

Here is an important tip. After locating a site you wish to visit, be sure to call them! There was an Army reserve site just a few minutes from my house. I went there and, despite it showing on the list as an ID card site, I found out they were not an ID card site. I had to drive to the Air Force base on the other side of town to get my ID.
