@  Asiadaug : (16 November 2014 - 02:07 AM) Thanks. I Have Seen The Fast Ltr 10-35 And Have Seen Cases Where The Va Has Apparently Agreed That Tinnitus Can Have Delayed Onset. I Did Not In Looking Over The Fast Ltr See Where They Had Ruled 10-028 Into That. And, I Am Not Sure In The Vas Issuance Of ‘policy’ Type Letters How They Might Roll In Previous Instructions Into Newer Ones. Maybe There Is Some Intranet Traceability Capability? I Was Just Curious As There ‘appeared’ To Be Conspicuous Absence Of That 10-028. I Am Assuming 10-028 Was Written In 2010. But It May Be I Should Not Assume Anything.

Hi Today I was told by Peggy That my claim from 9/2010 has moved to the notification phase as of 2/15/12!! I think this is a good thing but how long till I get the Brown envelop?? I wanted to get it before the March 1st deadline for property taxes. Anyone with examples of how long from notification phase to envelope ?? Thanks

I am not the Guru here but from what I read don't think it will happen before the taxes deadline.

Check you bank account and VA payment history on eBenefits. Sometimes they post any award you have coming before you get the brown envelope, considering your decision was favorable. Good Luck.

Too many variables for anything more than a speculative answer.
Hopefully, not too much longer for you.

Good Luck! My initial claim took 2 months from C&P to award letter and backpay. Just pray you get a good rating and not low balled and have to appeal. This month will be 18 months in my appeal, haven't heard anything other than they received my NOD.
