Carl the Engineer
Winning.
I have a friend (Battle Buddy from Iraq) that has been at 90% (88 actually) for a couple years at least. I finally convinced him to put in for an increase on everything service connected that has been ailing. He finally "found the time" and had his C&P a month ago.
100% P&T this morning,
