Question about C&P Exam Reports?
Are the C&P exam reports a part of our medical records?
if so why are they not in our C-FILE?
i HAVE THE NEGITIVE C&P Reports in my C-file but don’t have the positive C&P Reports in my C-file???
Have any of you Veterans Notice this when you go through your C-FILE?
Why would they put a Negative Unfavorable C&P Exam report in our C-file and not a Positive favorable One ?
