Does anyone have statistical data on what percentage of veterans are receiving ratings at 100%, 90%,
80%…. SMC-S, SMC – L, SMC-R1 etc.
or how many veterans are receiving specific benefits in the form of 100%, 90%, 80%…. SMC-S, SMC – L, SMC-R1 etc?
