The VA recognizes me as a Gulf War Era vet, but my deployment was not to any of the countries that are on the “list”. However, I did serve in SW Asia for OEF, so maybe that is why they list me under that category. However, I do have documented exposure to Burn Pits in a post deployment health screening. Should I be filing this claim as presumptive? or secondary to Depression? I am going for an Ellis Clinic IMO/IME very soon.
