I was recently diagnosed with Keratoconus I looked in to any VA claims or connections to Gulf War service but just got confused.  I was wandering if anyone has had orknow anyone who has dealt with this and the VA and if I should bother filing a claim or am I just wasting my time.  Any help would be greatly appreciated
