She is spot on in describing the frustration and spirit breaking experience. Her story recounts her experience in 2013 and I can assure you it was much worse in 1991 when I went into the system. I hope you take the time to read the article, I read it and I felt it. I don’t agree with her conclusion that we should close the Veterans Affairs and give veterans private care.
