‘You’re not blind. Why do you need a service dog?’ airline asks veteran with PTSD

American Airlines repeatedly humiliates, inconveniences veterans with PTSD and other passengers with disabilities when they fly with service dogs, a lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court in Gulfport says, forcing these passengers to find other ways home or wait long periods for flights with their service animals.

American Airlines needs to do some serious training with all employees. Unacceptable behavior must be dealt with. Laws have been put in place to allow the disabled whether PTSD or blindness or other disability to allow their service dog to travel with them.
